Description
This is an exceptional example of Gibson 55 Series. She is the 16' beam layout with full walk around decks. She is all freshwater and has always been kept undercover (reportedly the same slip since new). Not only does she offer a great layout, she is very well equipped: 8.1L fuel injected engines with around 440 hours; a big 12.5 kW generator with 1064 hours; three-zone marine heat/air with digital SMX controls, satellite TV, Sony stereo, spotlight, VHF radio and depthfinder. The galley up floorplan is great for entertaining. The galley offers a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There is a large curve TV for the salon in addition to the large TV for the master. The master has a king bed and the guest cuddy has 2 double beds.
Last bottom job was done in summer of 2016.

Vessel walkthrough
You may board TIKI TIME on either the port or stbd bow with entry gates on either side. There is wonderful seating area found on the bow where you and those you love can sit and enjoy a cocktail and/or a spectacular sunset. The boat has built-in seating attached to the deckhouse, as well as the fiberglass enclosure on the bow that also offers two pod style seats in each corner.Entrance into the salon is via the sliding door on the stbd side deck. When walking into the salon you notice immediately the galley up with the full size refrigerator. You immediately will recognize how much beam this boat has to offer and how comfortable this boat is. There is a lot of space in this area. Just forward of the stbd side entry door are the steps down to the guest stateroom featuring 2 double beds, hanging lamps on each corner at the top of the headboard, and nice closet storage. There is a head down there complete with sink, mirror, pull out shower, and port window.
Back up in the salon, centerline forward is the lower helm fully complemented with gauges, throttle shift control, and overhead compartment that houses the VHF and depthsounder. Large windows surround the area providing excellent visibility. The port side of the salon is outfitted with an oversize sofa while to the stbd side, just aft of the sliding door are 2 leather chairs with a side table in between them.
Moving aft, just beyond the couch on the port side is the galley with a bar complete with 2 chairs, large sink, Keurig coffee maker, Galley Maid oven and stove, Haier microwave oven, and lots of storage above and underneath. The refrigerator is opposite the galley countertops. It is really nice that the galley is part of the salon in this set up. It is great for entertaining.
Down 3 steps from the galley lead to the master stateroom. Immediately to the port side of the base of the steps is the head with the bath tub, shower, vanity sink, mirror with lights above it, and large window with curtain. On the stbd side is the washer and dryer while aft of it is the storage closet. The massive master stateroom is aft and it features a king size bed, built-in cabinets, his and hers storage lockers, side lamps and tables, and large windows with blinds and curtains for privacy. It is a really exceptional size aft stateroom. There is a step in this stateroom that will let you out onto the aft deck if you want.
The Gibson offers nice side decks on both sides. The 55 model has 2 sets of steps (each side), first set goes from the most aft deck to the secondary deck, and then second set goes to the flybridge where the upper helm station is. The secondary deck is complete with lounge chairs located at the aft most part which are great for sunbathing, and then a round table with 6 chairs. This area is great for some activities with family and friends on board.
Up to the upper helm is a bimini top with tan canvas. Aft of the helm area are 2 sets of back to back chairs. The helm station features a captain's chair, companion chair on each side, Clarion, gauges, and throttle shift control. Just a great spot to drive the boat when you feel like being outside.
